uhhhh theres lots of stuff different.. just like there is from a 94 and a 99..
the 94-97's are most alike externally, and the 98-01's have a few things different cosmetically. For the most part, the mechanics of them are the same, but if youre going to heavily modify/turbo it, a 94 or 95 would be best since its still obd1.

Someone else should be able to help you better but I believe there is a difference in the exhaust measurements of the gsr's after 99. Something with the cat/o2 bung placement?

I'm not sure where I got that from but it's sticking in my head, someone can help you better

On Board Diagnostics? Basically it is the computer that monitors the engines condition. The higher the number (or letter) the worse it is

Yea, the 94-99 GSR exhaust manifold is not interchangable with other integra headers. It will bolt up to the engine, but you would have to shorten the cat to make it work.

Nope, 90-91 Integras are obd0, 92-95 are obd1, 96-99 are obd2a, and 00-01 are obd2b.

and 00-01 GSRs have the same exhaust dimensions as the exhaust systems on 94-01 LS/GS/RS/SE and 97-01 ITRs - they all have at least 1 o2 sensor on the header, and obd2 ones have 1 on the cat as well.
