Default gsr engine question? missing bolt?

On the top front right side of my engine there is a threaded hole but no screw or bolt in it. I looked in my haynes manual and it looked like the one they were using for demonstration didnt have the bolt in it either. Is this on anyone elses gsr? It was like this when i bought it from acura.

if its on the front of ur valve cover on teh driver's side.. don't worrie about it.. it is used on teh jdm integras to hold a bracket that routes teh jdm throttle cable around the engine bay. no biggie.
