ok i recently found a gsr (b18c1) engine in a junk yard about an hour from my house. Now right now i do not know the condition of the engine, because i found it on the junkyards website.

but assuming its complete the engine has 99,000 miles on it. i have a few questions.

1) What kinds of things would i need to replace?
2) What are some things to look for if i go look at it.

1) Might need to replace timing belt and head gasket. Do whatever honda recommends for 100k mile maintenance
2)Check the condition of the block for major cracks, etc. Also make sure the bell housing on the tranny is in good condition (if it comes w/ a tranny) See if you can get a warranty on it just in case its a POS
