are you talking about zirk (sp?) fittings? I wasn't aware integras had those. Well, if you do have those, from previous experiences with domestics, grease them once or twice a year. I don't know what the grease is called, but if you go to an autoparts store, they'll probably know what to give you.
yeah, I was not aware of any on the integra either....
As per my Helm Manual:
Release Fork (manual transmission) - Super high temp Urea Grease (P/N 08798-9002)
Throttle wire end (dashboard lower panel hole) & Cruise Control actuator cable end (dashboard lower panel hole) - Silicone grease
Throttle cable end (throttle link), Cruise control cable end (actual link), brake master cylinder pushrod, clutch master cylinder pushrod, battery terminals, and fuel fill lid - Multi-purpose grease
Engine hood hinges and engine hood latch, hatch hindges and latch or trunk hinges and latch, door hinges (upper and lower), and door open detent - Honda White Lithium Grease (I am sure you can you any kind)
Rear brake calipers - Silicon grease
Note: Lubricate all hinges, latches, and locks once a year. In corrosive areas, more frequent lubrication is necessary. We recommend Honda White Lithium Grease.
There is nothing in the entire Suspension chapter regarding lubrication. Everything is sealed....there is no reason to do it.
