Deflate front tire pressure to 22-25, inflate rear tire pressure to max or 44psi. Get ice to chill the intake manifold. Strip interior, spare tire, jack, anything you don't need. Try different launches.

power steering belt, strip the car, and play around with the tire pressure.

maybe open your intake box just leave the cone of the filter showing........thenout the resonator on the intake arm plug it with a mobile one oil cap.....and clamp it down......buy some ThrottleBody intake cleaner...do a tune up....weight reduction is the best idea...

The intake idea would slow down the car.

Get a bag of ice and lay it on the intake manifold until you race I guess. I saw a guy in a ram air doing this before.
