Default Fuel and O2 sensor question

Heres my question. This is for a 95 gsr.

I know my O2 sensor is bad which is making my car run rich and is prolly messing up my cat, which in turn is killing my gas mileage. I was thinking that maybe a fuel pressure regulator and/or fuel rail would help the car run leaner. So should I get a new O2 sensor or would a fuel pressure regulator and/or fuel rail help my car run leaner and help my gas mileage?

I just figured to save some money because I was eventually gonna get a FPR and fuel rail in the near future.

you can usually pickup a univeral 4 wire o2 for about 100$ or less. make sure you replace that. A fuel pressure reg. wont do much. THe ECU will keep trying to compensate, reverting your lower fuel pressure adjustment.

Try http://www.oxygensensors.com

They sell OEM style o2 sensors at decent prices. They have a Walker OEM for about $125 and a Denso OEM style for about $190. If you don't want to spend that much money, just get a universal one at any auto store. You'll have to do the wiring yourself and I've also read that people have had problems with them.
