front end conversion hood latch question
Hey guys,
Well my car has a front end conversion already done, which came with a JDM hood latch. The latch broke last week, and searching on here I found that a DA latch works the same. This may be a dumb question, but the DA latch looks to be a 3 bolt latch, while my broken one seems to be only a 2 bolt latch with holes at equal height? Do I drill another hole or something? Or am I just blindly missing some obvious fact?

i did my conversion a long time ago but if i remember correctly you just need the cable for the DA integra not the latch.... you still use your stock dc latch. Its just the dc cable is to short once the hood latched is moved into the JDM position for the USDM position.
I have a working cable, but my actual latch itself broke somehow. I bought a DA latch as a replacement because thats what seems to be what is commonly used, but it looks like the DA latch uses 3 bolts to bolt onto the rad support, while both USDM and JDM DC latches only have 2 bolts, that are not in the same position.
