Use the Fluidyne fan. I had the same problem. The OEM AC Compressor fan is too thick. Order the thin fan from fluidyne, use their mounting kit and you'll have no problems.
Good radiator choice.

I got a fal fan and a fluidyne, you still have to do custom stuff as mines is not done yet but probably do it tomorrow. You have to shave the fan down a lot and drill new holes in the metal mount that comes with it as well as make custom brackets to hold the a/c portion.

The Fluidyne fan just uses zip ties. I was wondering about the FAL setup. Let us know what you think about them when you're finished.

C</TD></TR></TABLE> I have the fluidyne/fal setup. Works excellent, you just have to trim a little bit off where the fan shroud contacts the radiator. But they are costly, mine were about 300, I got them after I was in an accident so I didn't have to pay for them. If i had to pay for fans, I'd just get two autozone slim fans, which I have heard work well w/ fluidynes.

nah, on the serious note..

you could go with the fal fan if you want to spend the extra cash, but with some custom brackets you could just mount your stock fans back on like I did, cheaper and it still does the job..

i've got the fluidyne. when i installed it, both of the stock fans fit. but now that i'm turbo, the fans' won't clear with the turbo in the way. so i've got only the a/c fan (smaller one) on the passenger side of the radiator. works great and i haven't run into any problems yet.
