Default Flashing Maintence Req llight

On my 98 integra, the lower left hand corner in the dash flashes a yellow maintain req light when I first start the car, but then goes away after about 5 seconds. I dont have an owner's manual and its never done this before. Should I be concerend of this could indicate? Thanks!

Its the oil change reminder light. the reset button is under driver side dash. hold it for a few sec. and should go out.

been covered soooo many times.

It flashes every 7500 miles. You have to hold the button under the dash while you see it flashing, and then it will go out.
