Default fast question

okay guys i bought this car from someone and it is count as a junk slip..meaning it is junk to dmv...when i bought it he gave me a bill of sale...i was going to strip it and tow it away then i kept thinking..if i want to make this into a project car is it going to be a big hassal??with dmv?? i dont have the slip but only bills of sale..or can i just kept the frame and not register it since it is going to be a project car ...

if your not gunna drive it on the street why reg. + insure it. im thinking complete track car thats trailier driven

Do you ever plan to drive it on the street? If no, then you don't need to register it.

If you do plan to drive it on the street in the future (long term project), there are still ways to have it registered. Depending on your state, you might have to have it formally inspected.
