Icon2 The famous typical question

Ok guys... I need help here on deciding on what I want to do... I have a gsr motor, completely stock that I could build for turbo....or I use my lsv build on pr3 pistons, acl bearings, b16 head, with comp 2 cams, skunk2 springs/retainers, skunk2 intake manifold. Comp at 11.3:1 with plans on putting a shot of nitrous on the motor. What do you guys recommend? I know its a nooby question but I want a change.

idk if that was my engine I could get around 1.5k being patient, then again the "Honda scene" has a really bad reputation around here in Toronto. PPL lowball the **** out of you and you have no real other choice but to accept the best lowball offer that comes your way.

youd prob get more, and may even sell quicker if you're willing to separate the head and block. dont do it until someone offers on either, though obviously.

id sell the ls block and your stock gsr head. put the b16 head on the gsr block and turbo it.

it all depends on what your plans are for the car... those quick to give you advise are not asking you the right questions.

"The Famous Typical Question", which I'm always asked is "Is that a real Type R".

id take a good used stock gsr block over a rebuilt b18a/b for that kind of power any day of the week. just a personal preferance, no need to use acls over OEM bearings for a 350whp DD.

edit: especially if he has stock gsr block laying around..
