P1337-Engine Speed (RPM) Fluctuation Sensor No Signal

P0441-Evaporative Emission Control System Incorrect Purge Flow

Please help me how to fix those codes.

I have 96 integra with JDM b18b motor. It didn't have any problem to pass emission before swap the engine.

Please help me out!!!!!!!!

 

well first off, the first one is your speedometer cable. and secondly, you might have some trouble passing that motor.
