Default Exhaust bracket

Hey everyone hopefully I can get a response on this I’ve spent a couple days looking everywhere and no luck finding info. I’ve recently rebuilt my b18-b16 ls vtec and I’m recently putting the whole exhaust back on and my header has two brackets one infront of the block right next to the ac and one in the rear around the half shaft axle, I can’t find it for the life of me I’ve looked everywhere and it doesn’t make sense where it would go I’m tired of my exhaust smacking my oil pan while I drive it around to see if everything’s working good, any help could be greatly appreciated thanks.

You don't need any of those brackets. If your header/Exhaust pipe is smacking your oil pan either your car is too low and your pushing the pipes up into the oil pan, or you have the wrong header installed, you should have a small gap between the oil pan and header pipes, if its anywhere close to touching already then its not the correct header.

Yea I took some time took the axles and everything off found where it goes it just needs to be played with because it’s a ls block with a b16 head and exhaust I’m guessing and I’m low but it’s smacking my oil pan just driving normally even at 5mph

Try a LS header it might have better clearance as the engine is taller.
