EVAP Wiring/Connection Issues

EVAP Wiring/Connection Issues
I purchased a car w/o a Evap system and I am now hooking it up to pass Smog.
The car is a 95 GSR.
I am having hard time finding out where this line hooks-up to.

Also for the 2 pins that connect to the solenoid. I have read that 1 of the wire goes to the ecu pin #20A. and the other one goes to the relay. Where is that relay located at? and which wire do I hook it up to.
All help is greatly appreciated! I need to pass smog!!
