I'm trying to figure out the year of my new engine. I've got a b18c and the head stamp says 9|3. From what I've read this should mean that the head was cast in '93. But the car runs an obd2a p72 ecu, and I was under the impression that this means it has to be a '96-'00 model. Is it possible that they used a head which was cast a few years earlier on the engine? It's a jdm engine, and I'm pretty sure the head has never been removed or changed.
