Default Engine temp problems.

So I just changed my thermostat last winter, just changed my engine coolant temp sensor. My engine still goes cold after driving and letting it warm up. Note: this really only happens when it gets colder, I dont have an issue during the summer. Also my coolant system has no air bubbles.
Thanks in advance.

Yea use a OEM thermostat from Honda and bleed the radiator again with the front jacked up high and the heat inside the cabin turned to full high! wait till both hoses turn hot and fans turn on then put the radiator cap back on and lower the car and drive.
