Icon3 Engine doesnt stay warm

Just bought my DA a few days ago and noticed that it never stays warm when im driving. If I let it warm up while parked it gets to normal temperature until I start driving then it goes all the way to the C on the gauge. If I stop at a stoplight it starts going back up. Any ideas on what it could be? I just replaced the thermostat and that didnt help.

*Thermostat replaced
*Fans arent stuck on
*Isnt the cluster because the heat on vent is only hot when up to the middle mark

Wouldnt my car still be getting warm but just showing up wrong on the cluster? It still doesnt blow hot air unless its been sitting. I start driving and the air gets colder

Air in the system?
Low coolant?

Full rad or half rad?

Air in the system would cause it to overheat. Unless you physically aren't feeling hot air come out when the car is moving, then its the temperature sensor.
