engine code ?

the engine code reads to be miss fire in cylinder 4 do you know what could cause that anything woulde help thanks

Could be a few things.

Have you kept up on regular maintenance? Plugs/wires/cap/rotor/bad fuel? If you clear the code, does it come up again?
