Default electrical help please

my tale lights and dash lights are on the same fuse and was working fine untill today. under the hood there is a fuse called back up this was blown and made it so my pass window would not go down and clock not to work. I replaced the back up fuse and not when i turn my lights on it pops the fuse for tail lights under the dash. I took the fuse out of under the hood ( back up fuse) and it is still poping the insterment panal fuse. I have not done anything else to the car today besides these fuses and i had insterment lights last night so i think there related I was just wondering if anyone elce has had any problems similar to this plz let me know if you know anything
Oh yeah my car is 94 integra ls

If you have an aftermarket HU, [radio] pull it and check the red/black lead in the stock radio harness, make sure it is caped off and not shorting to anything.

The same goes for the 12V constant lead, [white/blue] in the stock radio harness, it should not be used for aftermarket HUs, [a fused 12ga lead should be run from the batt. for the HUs 12V constant].

Neither fuse 47 - 7.5A [back-up] or fuse 19 - 10A [tail, instrument and licence plate lights] has anything to do with your pass. window, that is a separate issue.

Although both fuse 47 and fuse 19 are "hot at all times" they are two different circuits, so you have two different "shorts" there are two places you will find both circuits, at the clock harness and at the radio harness, [red/black and white/blue leads] 94
