ECU Problem! Help Me! Help Me!
Guys I'm a little over my head with an ECU issue. First a little background. 92 Integra GS. No issues, at all. Then, Tuesday I ran into a store for a drink and she would not start when I came out. Towed her home and started diagnosing. I found my check engine light stays on after placing the key in the on position. Fuel pump never starts. Bench tested main relay and it worked fine. I found the problem to be I am not getting a ground from the ECU to activate the second relay (which turns on the fuel pump). All the voltages on the relay are as they should be. I jumpered the main relay plug and the fuel pump worked fine. Now, I'm trying to figure out what would prevent the ECU from grounding the relay coil. I opened up the ECU and everything apprears normal. Could it be a bad ECU or am I missing something really obvious. My ECU is a PR4-A11. Any ideas would be very appreciated. Thanks guys!
