If i have a b18c jdm motors with a USDM engine wire harness would that mean that i have a USDM ecu. Also Should i just buy a JDM ECU with a JDM engine wire harness

u should match the ecu by the OBD year of the harness. u can use a JDM or USDM but it should be a dohc vtec ecu.
