I have seen alotta ebay header go on my buddies cars. They all seem to be pretty good quality stuff. Gains were def noticible on my buddies old se-r. Flangles are huge, which is great, and welds always look pretty solid. Good buy man

Doesn't exactly look crush bent, but there looks like the dia might change through the bends...

I dont think so, the bends are nice and smooth, and theres no noticeable decrease in diameter...if it is, then it's a damn good job...

gotta change the sig when i get around to it...from the looks of the finances, the turbo project will prob get pushed back to the spring...it all depends on how much money i make this summer [i'm in college right now]...so if i can make enough for the turbo, and books and spending money for next year, then i'll do it in the fall...if not i'll keep working during school and do it in the spring...

just wanted the header for a little gain, and just something to do for now..it was cheap..but it looks pretty good anyway, and yea i was measuring, there is a small diameter decrease, but its minimal, not like the pipe is creased or anything, its still nice and smooth...hell, anything has to be less restrictive than the stock header

That be some ugly assed welding, and the bends are crush bends. I have a feeling you would be better off with the stock manifold.

There does seem to be some slight diameter change in some of the bends and the sections where the exhaust flows merge could definately be improved upon.

no way i'd be better off with stock, diameter loss at the bend is much less severe than on the stock, only about 1/4" circumfrence loss at the bend...which if your talking physics, is barely an increase in congestion for a pipe of that diameter...

you are a smart guy. my dc header has uglier welds than that. i think he got one hell of a deal. for under $500 i really am doubting you will see perfect roll of quarter welds.
