Door Panel Inserts.

How do you get the door panel inserts out? I'm selling my leather interior and I can't figure out how to remove the leather door inserts. Can anyone help me?

I think there are a couple of pop off screws. One I think is by the door lock and maybe one underneath the armrest. Just pry carefully.

You mean the armrest where the little tray is? The one w/the screw in the middle in the middle of the door panel?

Hey dude there is not way to remove the insert. You have to peel it out and then you will mess it up. Just trade door panels.

I have a lot of integra type R door panels. They are pretty
jacked up but the "inserts" are nice. If you want to monkey
with it.

Oops, I misread. You meant the inserts. Those are glued in there.
