I was about to tell you about an Emissions recall in which Honda agreed to replace most tune up parts for free and check the emissions system, but its only for cars with 75k-150k. You may want to keep that in mind tho for the next time you want to change plugs, cap, rotor and wires. They also threw in a free oil change.

Make sure the water pump comes with a new rubber seal and have some black RTV high temp gasket sealer for the valve cover gasket. I also recommend doing the timing belt tensioner. Mine was actually making a squeeling sound before I replaced it along with the water pump, belts, etc.
Also, inspect your crankshaft pulley for cracks. The pulley on my GSR had cracks so I replaced it. I also put on a new crankshaft pulley bolt.
Have fun !
