Default distributor?

im looking for a new distributor for my gsr swap, i found this one not sure if anyone has used this kind before or if its good... its made by richporter technology, or if theres any other ones that i could get, or if i should just get a msd ignition one?

Save yourself the headache and get an oem gsr or type r distributor. They can be found used for not that much. I just bought a used type r one for $100.

MSD has never really gotten along with honda's for some reason. I would stay away from them as well. For some reason no one has ever had much luck with an MSD anything on a honda.

i agree. when i did my swap i kept everything oem. hasn't failed me and the car runs just fine.

i agree too, i went msd on my b16 Del sol and it ran horrible. i changed back to my oem setup after just 45 minutes after installing it.
