ah.. hands ? You need atleast one pair and 5 fingers per hand.

A credit card to set on the surface while popping them off with a screwdriver helps too.
You'll only be getting the "integra" part out if you glass, or bondo it.

I used a blow dryer to help loosen the glue and a credit card to help peel it off. A little goo-gone to get the residue off the car.

After the emblems are removed, weld the holes in the metal and plastic weld (melt and seal with a soldering iron) the holes in the bumper cover. Use Bondo on the metal parts and polyester filler on the plastic parts.

I love the shaved look. I just JB welded sheet metal on the inside of all the holes, including the trunk key hole then bondo'd, primered, and painted. it needs to be sanded more, but i'm getting the whole car painted within the month, so this rattle can paint job was just temp so it's not perfect.

Sorry for the dark pictures, I just took them, hah.

I have an S2000 antennea on now, and I think i'm going to shave that. I don't listen to the radio, I have XM.

Who said I don't have them too? Alpine head unit, Alpine type S compnents in the front, Alpine type S coaxles in the rear, and an Alpine V12 amp powering them. I have a 2 gig ipod i'm selling now so I can get a 30 gig, hardwires already there...

Also get some bondo to seal up the emblem holes.

Just use floss, and slide it back and fourth. It should come off very easy.
