Payn Technologies in Troy has a dyno (www.payntechnologies.com) Thats pretty close. Also, I think Godspeed in Novi has a dyno...

Can't tell you where in cali to get it done, but I have to get my firewall re-welded to my engine bay, so I feel your pain. I am having my done at a frame speciality straigher shop. And why do you need a new firewall? Seems like that car would be completely totaled.
