DA shaking
okay i know you've all heard this before and i have researched. underheavy acceleration in my 91 LS my car starts to shake now even if i'm at a higher rpm and i let off the accelerator it doesn't shake only when i get on it hard. it doesn't do it in first or second gear, and i don't think it's the tires because then it would be doing it all the time. the axles were replaced about 13000 miles ago but it is dropped 2" without a camber kit. camber doesn't seem to be too bad of a problem though. if i had a video camera i could show you but i'm in college and broke so, sorry.
PLEASE HELP!!!
PLEASE HELP!!!
well guys and girls, i just replaced the distributor. the shaking is NOT GONE! but the bearings in the old dizzy were about shot so i needed to do it anyway. i guess i'll try to find some tie rod/ bushings for it.

it only does it when i accelerate hard in 3rd, 4th, and 5th gears. not at all in 1st and 2nd. if i'm on the interstate at 75 with cruise on it doesn't do it but when i step on the gas to accelerate it does it a little bit. it's really bad at about 4-5k rpm in 3rd and 4th. i was thinking maybe my timing? it doesn't do it at all on idle, runs fine. like i said, only in those gears. how much do new mounts cost? is it hard to do? what tools do i need?
i also don't have a camber kit. camber shows wear on tires but only after a LONG time. so my camber isn't all that bad but it's there. what do tie rods/ tie rod bushings run?
