Default Da axles

My friend has a problem with his half shaft.
He just replaced the whole driver side axles.
Then once he drove it out of the garage
the bearing from the half shaft all come out,
then the boot rips. Then he tried other used axles,
still does the same thing.

Raising the cars height didn't help at all.
Does anybody know what else could be the problem!
