Right now I have an Air intake,the filter is a Spectre.I have to buy a new one.And I want to buy a cold air intake.My question is,do i have to buy the whole thing or just buy the filter with the cover like the one that K&N Sell.I want to get one of does.

^ what he said. I took off my CAI because I was scared of hydrolocking. I've been through cold air, short ram, and my current stock airbox with a flexi tube attached to it. It's not noticeably loud like a short ram and definately not as loud as the cold air but I do feel a nice mid range gain.
