Default Coilover/suspension problem

i bought an integra a while back, and the suspension is like i am riding on a model T on the countryside. my friend just bought some coilovers for his car though and i am thinking of buying his old shocks and springs and just sell the ebay coilovers that are installed in my car.
the car will be stock in height again but the ride will be 20 times better, what do you guys think?

I think you wouldn't be able to give the e-bay coilovers away for free if you tried...

How many miles are on the parts your supposed to purchase??? You may want to wait until tax time and go for a new set up???

That's just my opinion to you...

At that mileage, the only thing you should use from your friend is the springs. Buy new shocks if you care about ride quality. OEM are cheap, or consider an upgrade if desired.

Just make sure you save up for decent dampers to control those GC coilovers. I would say Tokico Illuminas at minimum, which go for a little over $400. If you put them on any cheaper dampers, they will blow out with a quickness, and you'll be back to that "model T in the countryside" ride.
