Default code 43 need a little help!

a little background on the car:
1990 integra ls manual
jdm b20b 21000 mi
ys1 trans
skunk 2 intake manifold
skunk2 70mm throttle body
everything else is stock including fuel rail and ecu pr4 i believe......
well i was only getting a code 17 which i know is a speed sensor issue which i replaced my vss hooked everything up right later to find out that i need to take off the speedo and attach the cable back to it.....just havent done it yet.....
Recently i gave it a little test and made a two hour drive to see how it does.....well everything went good except while i was there i got a code 43 which i read was a o2 sensor or something to do with the fuel.....i noticed when im driving the car kinda bogs when i just cruise but when i give it alot of gas it goes and feels like nothings wrong with it.....has anyone had this code 43 problem???and how did you fix it?? i know i need to chip and do the conversion of my ecu to obd1....i was wondering if that would be the issue right there but i wanted to ask around here to see if anyone has had the same issue???/any input would be very appreiciated!!!

your running a OBD1 ecu right?

Does the header have a hole thats been pluged with a flat bolt or is there no spot for a O2 sensor on the header?

So your saying the O2 is after the header so its on the cat. It should be bank 1 sensor 1 upstream.
