Default Clutch install question....

i've done some searches guys.. and couldn't find anything.. but i was wondering how hard is it to install a clutch.. whether its a oem or just aftermarket.... ive theres not that many shops around here but the dealership (acura said it would cost like 500$ labor.. i was like **** that ****) but yea if anyone could give me some info here it would be great.... and if anyone knows any link on how to install a clutch, feel free to show me... thanks guys keep up the good work

its actually very easy, just make sure you have the right tools before you start tearing things apart.Only problem you will have is putting the tranny back on, its a bitch.

it's not that difficult...on a scale of 1-10, how mechanically inclined are you ? If you think you are anywhere from a 5 and up, i'd say you could do it yourself.

that is actually one of the easier things to do. but just remember if you take the flywheel off to torque it to 76 ft-lbs and then the clutch to 19ft-lbs. very important or you could break clutch bolts.

out 1 - 10 i'm like 3...lol only real thing ive done is the really easy ****... like change oil, brake pads.... shifter installation... all that easy stuf.. never really went in that far...... but thanks alot

If you want to learn about "how to" installs and stuff like that for Tegs, become a member of http://www.team-integra.net In fact, there is a recent thread on there where the guy took pictures and did a "how to" for clutch install.
