For some reason my clutch seems to be hard going in and out of gears, mostly hard between first and second. it just recently just started to happen. Do you guys think that the clutch is starting to wear out or do i just need to add clutch fluid? by the way where is the clutch fluid located? its a 94 ls, bought it from the dealer a few yrs. ago.

How many miles on your car, how many miles on clutch? Do you know if it is the stock, original clutch? It more than likely could be the clutch finally wearing out. If it is a fairly new one, then just have your tranny fluid flushed, this could help out the shifting feel/effort.
