Default Which clutch

Frind of mine has a 93 GSR however he has a 95 Gsr motor..we are trying to find out what clutch he needs to get b/c it seems as if his is going out. From what I can understand, its a YS1 jdm tranny (hydro) what clutch would fit this tranny or is there some #s i can get off the casing and post to maybe figure out EXACTLY what tranny it is..

All YS1 trannys are cable. You'll need any clutch for a 90-93 Integra.

Im running a Clutchmasters FX100 on my 170 whp LSVTEC and it holds excellent. The clutch enguagement is smooth and not difficult like ACT's are. I had a 4 puck on the b16 powered 92 hatch i used to have and it sucked, always chattered and squeeled. The clutchmasters is very streetable and holds up to 250 hp, i have it on my cable GSR tranny

ive had an act, clutchmasters, and currently on exedy.

the exedy is the stage 1, which is supposed to be almost like stock.

the other clutches i had were performace clutches, 4 puck.

i like the exedy, because for a daily driver, im looking for a comfortable car.

well any 90-93 clutch WONT work. The 92-93 clutches have a larger spline drive since those year tegs input shaft was larger. U need to find out what year trans it is and buy a clutch for that trans. See if its cable or hydro since the throwout bearings are different. If its the stock 93 GSR tranny then buy a clucth for that year teg since all b series flywheels are the same and interchangable
