After two years, I decided to take apart the Icebox since I thought I heard rattling.
It turned out the clamp was loose.
I then notice that there was 3mm thick film of dirt inside the tube of air inlet pipe. It is mostly grime, moisture/dirt from the road.
I guess it can affect performance. Just a heads up.

 

Yeah, I clean it every oil change.

That thing will suck up almost anything. I had some parts of a plastic bag, a huge magnolia leaf, and lots of other junk in there last time I cleaned mine.

I prolly need to buy a new comptech filter.
