67 Catalyst low efficiency. (same as P0420) - Someone correct me if i am wrong, but this could be either a bad cat or possibly secondary o2 sensor.
91 Evaporative Emission Control System insufficient purge flow - dont know about this one.

with the 91code try to disconnect the evap sensor.. it looks almost like ur map sensor but it has the addition of a "top hat" it is for pulling extra moisture out of ur exhaust for emissions...
