So I go out to my car and start it and my check engine light comes on. It doesn't flash at all. I did a tune up 4 months ago and haven't done anything since. Any one have an idea. All suggestions are appreciated. Its a 99 gsr and the engine is stock all I have is an intake.

sup bro..if you recently put gas in your car but forgot or did not tighten the fuel cap..than the "readyness" codes would cause the check eng light to turn on.
after you tighten it or replace it..the light will stay on for about 3 days untill the drive cycle is complete..anyways i work for acura..i was a tech for 4 years but now work for service and i just got a type r in here yesterday with the same thing...exept he forgot to put his cap back on after pumping gas...
