I didn't know there were cf lips for hte 94-97 front end. Do they replace the entire bottom section of the front bumper, or are the add-ons like the 98-01 bumper?

yes, it's an add-on like the later models.

eBay. and get an ABS plastic one. $100ish shipped, and it will bend if you bump a stop in a parking lot. (as opposed to composites like carbon or fibreglass which will snap instantly.) and if you do break it, you won't feel like crawling under a rock for breaking a $300 piece of carbon, you'll only be in $100.
