cel 1 need some help

cel 1 need some help
cel 1 is suppose to be o2 sensor signal and i have my o2 pulgged and it keeps on having that code . now i hooked up my plxm300 and hooked up the gray wire to d14 (obd1) and i started my car and same error ,any one has some insight what could be wrong or had this trouble before?
