i have a 1998 GSR
does anyone know if theres a O2 or something
sensor on the cat-converter.
im tring 2 buy this cat-converter on e-bay and one had a 02 sensor
and the other cat had nothing, so im not sure which one 2 buy?
someone please give info..........

I have a 97, both are obd-2 so they are going to have two o2 sensors. The primary o2 sensor reads your a/f ratios while the secondary is used to check the efficeincy of your cat.

 

will it cause me 2 have any check engine light if i get the cat-converter?

 

Get the cat with the o2 sensor and you should be fine, but if it is an ebay type cat you never know.

 

buy the cat with the o2 sensor, that is the obd2 one...

obd2 has a sensor on the header and one on the cat...
