Well some of you may know Mike, Rideher on G2IC, and he drives a white 92 gs w/a b16a swap.

Well his brother matt had a 95 gsr that mike bent four valves on. So mike & I built up the engine. Full oem ITR top end, AEM CAI, Full MSD, Spoon 11:1 pistons, ARP rod bolts, v-afc, skunk2 cam gears, skunk2 ecu.

Well matt's been tryin to sell it for a few weeks now, and he finally found a perspective buyer. The guy said that he went to Live Oak, the highschool that i go to, and was really interested. So tonight, at about 8:15 the guy called matt and said he wanted to go for a test drive with his buddy. So they went for a test drive, and the two guys pulled a knife on matt and jacked the car.

Thats all that i know right now, but i'll keep ya guys informed. If you see any of the above listed stuff for sale any time soon, along with:

Black 95 Gsr shell
Rota cp8 (i think) in bronze with two mean curb marks
Ground Controls

ouch that sucks. NEVER take people out for test drives by yourself. Espcially when there's two of them. At least they didn't do anything to him

umm a copy of the license will probably scare off someone planning on doing that ... cause you would have there proof of there identity

What sean frogot to mention, was as the guy was jumping into the car to leave matt straight socked him in the face as hard as he could, resulting in a broken hand. And matt is no small guy neither. So someones driving around his car with one FUCKED up face. And no, he had no full coverage. He was selling the car because he was in debt, now hes got nothing.

 

I hope he was able to give a good ID of the punks. All you can do is go through a report with the police and get the word around as much as you can, before they can slip off. 'More reason I carry legally.

 

friend of mine was put into the same situation, wannabe thief ended up in the hospital..friend ended up in the police station.

Just use common sense, and know who you're dealing with.

Something similar happened around Irvine, CA in 2002. It might've been an HT guy too. It involved a nice red Integra.

At least he got a shot off before they ran out with his car. With no insurance your friend is probably *** out I live in the bay area if you guys need some help PM me.....

 

I saw the report on mornings on 2, just this morning! That is some bullsh!t! I cant believe the extent people will go to to steal a freaking car.
