So - everything seem normal now? Temp stable, running well, fluid levels steady, no contamination evident in the radiator fluid or oil?

If so - sounds like 'mischief managed' ; ' )

Good luck

Make sure fan is running... Flush your cooling system and put new antifreeze, and Check upper and lower radiator hoses for leads as well as the smaller hoses at the thermostat and the back of motor

Do I need to ask if your cooling system has been bleed.

1)Buy 7 inch or so radiator funnel.
2)Remove radiator cap. Insert funnel. Over-fill radiator so that coolant/water about 1/4 of the way up the funnel. Use vice-grips to block off radiator overflow tank.
3)Start engine. Let it reach operating temp.. Let idle for 30 or so minutes adding coolant when needed. (The coolant level will raise 3/4 up or so the funnel before it drops)
4)You should get to a point where you are not adding water. At that point the water in the funnel should raise and drop from 1/4 to 3/4 depending on the "cycle" of the system. This is good! Now find a buddy and have him rev the motor at 2000RPMS for 10-15 minutes while you sit and watch for bubbles and monitor the level making sure it raises up to 3/4 of the funnel an levels off down to 1/4. There shouldn't be any bubbles.(The first time I bleed my system it took several hours because I had not blocked off the overflow tank.) Oh and you might see a million microscopic bubbles. This is because the radiator cap is not on and the system is not under pressure. Waters boiling point increases if under pressure.
5)Youtube it if this sounds like a foriegn language.

If your temps are still too high after bleeding for your liking there is a product called "water-wetter" by red-line. Basically it's an additive to the cooling system. I don't buy it but others swear by it. It's suppose to lower temps by making your coolant more "soapy" i.e. slippery

Just trying to be helpful.
