Ever since I did my valve adjustment on my 94 GSR, it has been stalling on me. I checked my timing and everything seems to be fine. It won't stall while I'm driving, but as soon as I come to a stop and put it in neutral, the car dies. It takes a few cranks to start it up, and even then I have to give it some gas. It doesn't do this all the time. But it will do it atleast 3 times a day. I thought that I might have tightened my valves too tight, but my buddy said that it would idle really rough, which it doesn't. Does anybody have any ideas??? Any help would be appreciated. have you checked your plugs and fuel filter?

 

Also make sure you put the hose back on that leads from the valve cover to the intake. Are you sure it runs SMOOTH, but just won't idle?

 

Yeah, I put that hose back on from the valve cover to the intake arm.

 

Double check to make sure the spark plug wires are on all the way, since you had to remove them to do valve adjustment.

If everything checks out fine, you need to find somebody else to do your valve adjustments again.
