Default cams installation

I have a 90 da w/b16 and im going to be installing crane cams...my question is how will it run untuned. but i plan on tunning later.

is it worth the tune with just the cams or could i wait for more stuff cause im planning on changing the piston next month.

well why not just wait to throw everything on at once so you dont have to dyno it twice

lol i already put int he cams yesterday it doesn't make any low end but never took it past 4k so i dont know ill probably tune it next month when i get the turbo in, ill be using hondata s300 will that be ok.
