Default CAMS Help!

Would I gain more hp off of type r cams or bullfrog cams? This is on a gsr motor with jrsc 10psi

Thier Gude Bullfrog Cams idk anything about them... a guy was gonna use them on his jrsc

Bullfrog cams are old skool, my homeboy used them a long time ago. They work good except idle but thats normal

They worth 160? Do they have to have adjustable cam gears to use them?

Yea there worth 160. U don't have to use aftermarket cam gears, but if u get it tuned, they will help

get a cam gear with more then three bolts. i've heard of cam gears with with three bolts that slip (AEM in preticular). so keep that in mind.

Alot of the bullfrog cams were regrinds and had a tendency to wear down over time. I would check the lobs on them if they have alot of use.

You should of posted on the f.i forum under what jrsc set are you running,
first off forget about the frog cams, take my advise lht's and lots or experienced people with the jrsc and use the gsr intake cam and itr exhaust cam. http://www.ftlracing.com/tech/honda/JRSC.html. and you better tune the motor after to get the best performance. whats your setup/hp?

Stock gsr cams stock gsr motor full exhaust 3in cold air intake tuned 252 hp

you mean full 2.5'' 3'' exhaust?? you should ditch the 3'' cai and run a 3'' short ram or the comptech icebox, if your gonna swap cams sell me your gsr cams i need some pm me if you want. any engine managment,injectors header ?

I highly highly doubt those cams are even suitable for a jrsc. stick with gsr in and itr ex ftw!
