camber question
I have a rather difficult question (maybe not for you), but recently i got into a small accident in my 94 ls, and bent the lower camber or control arm (not sure of the name sorry) it is "j" shaped and goes below the brake rotors that braces the rotors to the body. ill get a picture asap, but i wanted to know 1) what's the name of the part i speak of. 2) if the same part on that same time era civic (94-00) would work as a replacement part. Any help would be great. thanks
I think that you are talking about your lower control arm. It bolts in 2 places to the chassis and then bolts to the ball joint at the bottom of the steering knuckle. I'm very certain that Civic part will not directly bolt up to the Integra.
ok thanks, its just that there is one sitting in a junk yard by me, and they would probably just give me the part, or sell it for cheap. Ill try and get a picture tonight or soon. Any idea what the part would run for?
no i mean the car was in the junkyard (civic). how much would it be at like a store or online? and would it be worth it to buy aftermarket or better ones than the OEM ones?
Here is the part:
