Try providing us with more info about your car. Namely, is it all-motor or forced induction?

hrmm, thats a hard one..but if i were you, i'd get the itr intake cam, skunk2 im, cam gears, and vafc....just get it tuned right after and you should have the same amount of hp output as the other set up...i think

yes.. i am going all motor route. The reason why i asked is because type r intake cam + skunk 2 IM is about the same price as the stage 1 cams.. If not cheaper.. Well, I already have vafc, camgears, carsound cat, headers, 2.5 exhaust, and CAI.

If you're gonna go All motor, Skunk2 Cams will be MUCH better. More agressive and a better Top end for Vtec. Especially with tuning with your VAFC and cam gears.

ITR cams are ideal if you go FI, but since you're goin NA, go with Skunk2's! I had ITR cams before my Skunk2's but I traded my ITR cams AND Vafc for these Skunk2 cams.

Skunk2 Stage 1 Cams are smog legal. Great daily drivability and gives you respectable power.

I'm tellin you... Skunk2 over ITR/CTR cams!

And you'll get even more gains with the Skunk2 cams with more mods.
