You could use a micrometer

 

nobody around has one and i cant afford one

 

Im not to sure but the local auto zone around here has one they let me rent? but idk if the area around you will do that?

cat hair i broke the exhaust cam a looooooong time ago so they've been settin in my parents garage for about a year now

That exhaust cam is from a 1.7L '92-'93 GSR


I have no clue on the intake cam though.. I appears to be a '92-'93 GSR cam but it has the indented ring on the very top section.
