Default bye bye teggy

so after owning my evo for almost 10 months i finally decided to let my teg go and had it sold through co-signing. i had some good fun with the teg, learning stick driving and getting into autox, as well as learning to work on cars. i owned it for 4 years and it held up great. the only thing i had to replace was radiator at 100k, everything else (timing belt, water pump, fuel filter, brakes, suspension) was either maintenance or upgrades. i believe the car was also on stock clutch. big to honduh for making cars with excellent reliability. i'm going to miss 2 doors and low stance and good gas mileage as well as hatchback space capacity . that was my first car and i loved it to death. honda-tech is a great place for information and i'll stick around and try to help ppl with questions about tegs to my best knowledge.

yea i'll always miss it. when i had both cars i drove them about the same amount on weekdays, but reserved evo for longer weekend outings to keep miles low on the teg for resale value. it was slow compared to evo, but every time i got in it and took some corners, i had a grin on my face.
i would love to have an ITR, but rite now my priorities with $ are different. maybe some day, if there are still ITRs left around after all the thieving going on
it's good to be a proud former owner of the #1 stolen car lol best anti-theft device: don't wash the car and keep stock hubcaps on. dent in the front bumper helps too

Once you Honda you never go back, i'm telling you'll come back you'll get tired of the shitty gas mileage having to spend 50 million dollars on just the evo, the top end you with boost honda and on top of that the infanmous vtec sound.

i hear ya. evo is a whole different beast though. i lost count of how many "whoa"s and "holy ****"s came outta my mouth since i got this thing. it's an incredible car and worth every penny. maybe when i'm rich i'll have money to build up a type r or gsr as a full road race car. i'm still gonna jump on haters who talk **** about honda though, that **** is annoying. as them kids like to say: H0nD4 4 lyF3 y0!
